Fire It Up Sports clinics allow youth athletes to develop their speed and talents before the season starts as well as stay in shape during both the season and off season. Fire It Up Sports offers pre-season, pre-training camp and pre-combine training, teams and club sports clinics. Youth athletes may select weekly, monthly, quarterly or year-round training. We offer expert training and instruction in speed improvement, sprint technique, fitness and conditioning teams, individuals and groups. Piece by piece, we build a physical model of speed while improving explosiveness, overall athletic ability and endurance utilizing hills, all weather tracks, resistance training and a relentless series of repetitive drills. With innovative training techniques, Fire It Up Sports trains our athletes to develop the responsiveness and ability to perform with rapid, decisive and sustainable speed and agility; on and off the field.
